Sinai Desert Safari trips from Dahab Jeep and Camel Safaris

Not far from the coastal village of Nuweiba , this remarkably deep, narrow crevice is streaked with purple,red, yellow and orange mineral deposits.

When on safari through the Sinai desert, there are typically two choices of transportation; jeep or camel. Today you will have a chance to become a good friend with this amazing animal, the camel, and you will get to see some highlights of Sinai desert that few manage to reach by the ‘Ship of the Desert.

Today we will have 4x4 jeep Discovery Safari to give you the opportunity to cover a great distances while still allowing ample time outside to experience and absorb the desert and its people. On day 2, you will make good friends with an amazing animal, the camel. Then you will get to see some further away highlights of the desert reachable only on ‘the Ship of the Desert’.

This excursion takes us to Melihes Mountain, where we visit Wadi Melihes and take on the one and half hour climb on the mountain.  We camp over night in Wadi Al Rohbya and then head to climb another mountain- Hadra Mountain.  After some rest and relaxtion, we venture to Al Ghezlan Mountain for our last climb before heading back to Dahab.
